A shelter project was turned over last December 9, 2022 at Sto. Niño Parish in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City. This is part of the typhoon Odette Rehabilitation Program by Habitat for Humanity – Philippines and Cebu Caritas.
Mactan Parish Team Moderator Fr. Scipio Deligero and Cebu Caritas Program Director Fr. Alden John Baran blessed the beneficiaries. Sacks of rice were also given to the benificiares by the Parish Caritas volunteers.
Habitat for Humanity – Philippines Project Coordinator Arsula Pasuquin was also present during the activity.
Cebu Caritas Inc. is the mandated social action arm of the Archdiocese of Cebu. It serves the Anawim through its Humanitarian, Developmental, and Justice and Peace programs.
