Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma led the Rite of blessing of the Parish Caritas Center of San Vicente Ferrer Parish in San Vicente, Lilo-an, Cebu on April 23, 2023 on the 4th day novena mass for the 10th Annual Fiesta Celebration of the parish.
Cebu Caritas Inc. is the mandated social action arm of the Archdiocese of Cebu. It serves the Anawim through its Humanitarian, Developmental, and Justice and Peace programs.
