Cebu Archbishop Jose S. Palma presided over the Eucharistic celebration on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral on December 8, 2022.
Archbishop Palma also led the faithful in praying the Consecration of the Philippines to the Immaculate Conception.
