Cebu Caritas Program Director Fr. Alden John Baran presided over the 1st day Misa de Gallo at Our Lady of Fatima Chapel in Tal-ot, Barili, Cebu on December 16, 2022.
The said mass was also offered to those families affected by the typhoon Odette that happened a year ago.
