Cebu Caritas welcomed last August 17, 2022 Retired Justice Gabriel “Gabby” Ingles as new member of Cebu Caritas Board of Trustees. Justice Ingles will also head the Justice and Peace program.
An initial meeting was held to lay out the programs for justice and peace to better respond to Caritas Philippines’ direction for the Good Governance advocacy.
Present in the meeting were Cebu Caritas President Fr. Alex Cola, Jr., Cebu Caritas Program Director Fr. Alden John Baran, Good Governance Committee Head Msgr. Daniel Sanico, Communications Head Atty. Maria Jane Paredes, and Justice & Peace Coordinator Justice Gabriel Ingles.
Cebu Caritas Inc. is the mandated social action arm of the Archdiocese of Cebu. It serves the Anawim through its Humanitarian, Developmental, and Justice and Peace programs.
